The single session and 4‑week Reiki programmes are designed for women who want to reconnect with their deeper feminine body wisdom. You may sense something feels off or out of sync, or feel an intuitive pull toward healing. Many women come to these sessions constantly operating in 'doing mode' - more in masculine energy than feminine - which often shows up as emotional or physical burnout.
Stress, past experiences, trauma and physical tension also often gathers in the womb space (sacral chakra), and solar plexus chakra. Over time, this can create a deeper sense of disconnection from your body, your intuition, and your feminine self - leaving you feeling out of sync with your natural rhythm.
Reiki sessions combines gentle Reiki energy healing with the rose, a divine feminine aspect. This approach supports your body to rebalance, rebuild confidence, release old patterns, and restore the energy your body needs to support the inner healing process.
This is for you if:
