The 12-week, EMPOWERED WOMAN-IN BUSINESS coaching programme below is designed for women in business who have a deep sense that they are not reaching their full potential, feeling stuck and frustrated, and are ready to get real clarity on where they are holding themselves back.
Through an intentional blend of intuitively guided conversations, woman centred mindset coaching, psychotherapy and energy healing tools, we will identify and shift the self-sabotaging beliefs, behaviours and habits, that have played a key role in holding you back in your business. This programme will help you to identify and remove inner hidden resistance - and get clear on exactly what’s between where you are now in your business, and where you want to be (with a roadmap to get you there).

Set Your Inner Compass - Become aware of your potential and the possibilities that lie ahead, marking the beginning of your Empowered Woman-In Business journey. We get you crystal clear on your business vision, values and goals, connected to your deepest desires, and what changes you want to see that will 'shift the needle' for you - so that you are heading in the right direction.

Cut Through the Noise - Shedding old patterns, we identify and cut through the mental and emotional 'noise' (unhelpful thoughts, emotions and beliefs) that are holding you back, and sabotaging your business goals. With this inner awareness, we identify the new ways of thinking, choices, and behaviours that feel more aligned to your business vision and will move you forward.

Hit the Reset Button - We now begin the process of 'reinstalling' the new beliefs and daily habits that will become the foundation of your business success, building your self-confidence. What can I expect?During an intuitive reading, I may use a combination of an oracle card deck, a Tarot deck, my intuition. This is an interactive discussion between myself and my client, in order to receive clear guidance and information as it relates to the questions asked. Clients leave with insights, shifts, and/or approaches that were previously inaccessible, helping with awareness and self-empowerment.
