Hi, I’m Jude Scott - and I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve been carrying a lot. On the outside, you’re holding it all together - showing up for work, family, and responsibilities.
But inside, it feels like you’re running on empty. Maybe you wake up tired, even after a full night’s sleep.
Maybe you’re doing everything 'right,' but still feel like it’s never enough. Maybe you’ve lost touch with the woman you once were - the one who felt alive, confident, and connected.
It’s no wonder so many women feel exhausted, anxious, and disconnected. We’ve been taught to keep pushing - to hold everything together, to be strong, to be 'fine.' But that constant striving takes us further away from ourselves. Somewhere along the way, we stop listening to our needs. We lose touch with our intuition, our joy, and that quiet confidence that comes from feeling at home within ourselves. Here is where we often fall into self-sabotage and repeat the same patterns - even when we long for something different.
Through my work, I help women release the old stories, patterns, and limiting beliefs that have been running their lives, careers, and businesses - so they can create real, lasting transformation from the inside out. Find our Mission and Vision Statement here
Why work with me?
I bring over a decade of experience combined as a woman-centred coach, certified RTT therapist, clinical hypnotherapist (CHt), intuitive guide, and Reiki healer. But more than that - I bring the depth of lived experience, insight, and intuitive understanding to uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface.
Over the years, I’ve invested deeply in my own healing and training - developing a unique, integrative approach that blends intuition, neuroscience, energy work, and emotional healing. It’s a grounded, heart-led way of working that creates real results because it meets you where you truly are - mentally, emotionally, behaviourally, and spiritually.
The women I work with are ready for change - but often feel held back by patterns of anxiety, stress, or self-doubt that seem to run deeper than mindset alone. As an intuitive, I sense what’s often missed - the subtle energetic and emotional blockages that traditional coaching or therapy may overlook.
A challenging early life and my own journey of navigating anxiety and stress have shaped everything I now offer. I know what it’s like to live with anxiety, to feel disconnected, and to not trust yourself or the choices you’re making. The tools and methods I use have been key to my own transformation, supporting deep inner shifts in my life. They continue to help me release old patterns, regulate my nervous system, and come home to myself - grounded, confident, and clear.🌹
