Are You Burning Out Without Realising It?

It creeps in quietly.

Not with dramatic exhaustion or collapse, but with little signs that are easy to miss.


😴 You wake up tired, even after a full night’s sleep.

😶 You start to feel numb, flat, or distant from yourself.

😒 You tell yourself you’re “just busy,” or “it’s a phase.”
