Breaking free: the illusion of being "stuck"

You are not stuck. You are just repeating the same behaviours that may have helped you in the past and now that’s become a habit. Simple as that. The you that is ‘stuck’ is just a collection of habits, reactions, and familiar responses that you have had collectively imprinted into you from birth from the people around you. You have taken on and accepted someone else’s truth. Someone else’s fear. You believe this is you.

Beyond the mask That is not the real you. This is who you came to be, in order to fit in and be accepted. Be less expressive, less loud, less creative, not to outshine. That is just the ‘mask’ that you wear, the role that you play. But it is no longer aligned with where you are going and what is meant for you.

A reminder of your potential You were not meant to play small, to be quiet, to hide the very essence of who you are. To not shine, to not stand out. Be you. The fact you are reading this tells me that you came here for a purpose and to be anything less than that, for you, will crush your soul. So I will tell you again. You are not stuck. It just FEELS that way. Go back to the table. Strip it right back. See where this feeling of ‘stuck’ is keeping you safe and small. What are you afraid of?

Your path to expansion What would you do if you had no memory at all of ever feeling stuck and instead there was freedom, release, expansion? What choice would you make then, what actions would you take without fear? Write it out, scream it out. Move your body. Release it.

Harnessing mastery: using your strengths Remind yourself of where you ARE mastering in your life and apply that energy to this place of ‘stuck’ because there is a solution. Your soul knows exactly what steps you need to take and the universe will bring in exactly what you need to assist you when you change that energy.

You are not stuck.
